We are excited to announce that B Three Construction will participate in the 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes. The event takes place October 17-18 and October 24-25, 2026, and is hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I loved to watch This Old House as a kid. The work, sights and sounds of building had me. Everything went together perfectly on site - in the moment, right? No. A project manager knows that like a seed waiting in the ground there is real crucial work taking place out of sight beforehand.

Before we begin any project, B Three Construction creates the project schedule, because time is valuable and failing to plan equals planning to fail. Below is an example of one of our simple schedules.

As a licensed general contractor, I must complete continuing education each year. This requirement is formal and regulated by the state. Additionally, I gain valuable insights from managing projects in the field, working with inspectors, and collaborating with friends and associates in various trades.
