We are excited to announce that B Three Construction will participate in the 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes. The event takes place October 17-18 and October 24-25, 2026, and is hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This free, self-guided tour showcases new and renovated mountain homes across Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, and Black Mountain. Visitors can explore in person or online from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.
Our featured home is the Elk Mountain Home at 502 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway in Asheville. Designed by John Rogers, AIA, it combines wide open living, modern details, and mountain views. The home sits on a family home site and brings together sunlight, natural materials, open living areas, and outdoor spaces for a comfortable and refined feel.
