Event Overview
The 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes takes place October 17-18 and October 24-25, 2026. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this free self-guided tour presents new and renovated mountain homes across Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, and Black Mountain.
Hours
Hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. Visitors may tour in person or explore virtual options online.

B Three Construction is proud to open the Elk Mountain Home at 502 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway, Asheville, North Carolina 28804.
This John Rogers, AIA original design combines wide open living, modern details, and mountain views. Situated on a family home site, the residence brings together sunlight, natural materials, open living areas, and outdoor spaces to create a comfortable and refined atmosphere.
Vaulted ceilings with wide, high glazing bring the treetops inside. Horizontal bands wrap the main living areas and provide accent lighting. The back porch overlooks Herron Cove, offering a clear connection to the landscape.

Directions and Parking
From Interstate 240, take the Merrimon Avenue Exit 5A north from Asheville. Turn right on Beaverdam Road. Turn left on Elk Mountain Scenic Highway. Turn left into the driveway at 502 Elk Mountain Scenic Highway. Please park to the right along the driveway. Reserve the parking area at the house for turnaround space.
